He has a diverse experience of over 9 years from advertising (creative), electronic and digital media, audio visual production & direction, corporate communications, brand launch & positioning, and BPO industry. Shaan brings to the table excellent strategic thinking, creative vision & strong networking abilities.

A proactive and analytical thinker, Shaan began his career as creative designer with one of the top advertising agency Rediffusion DY&R, where he specialized in print and electronic media, from there he moved to the world of digital graphics, .com and animation, he traveled abroad as manager business development officer for a software and graphic design company. Meeting various people, diverse languages, different culture and varied socioeconomic classes, which exposed him to grass-root realities of human / consumer behavior.

He always had a strategic and a blend of creativity in the industry and has magnetic streak to his personality. An avid thinker and designer he has 29 international awards for best website designs an Adobe certified professional with 93 percentile ranking world-wide and a six-sigma certified by Dell.
